It might still feel like the dog days of summer, but the Fountainhead Team is busy preparing for what looks like an even busier fall for us! The following are just some of the deals we are working on to help owners of these small to midsized businesses create wealth by owning their own commercial real estate.
- Acquisition of a 9,000 square foot commercial building allowing a custom body and paint shop to expand their business of restoring, detailing and upgrading classic and vintage cars.
- Acquisition of a 107-room Comfort Inn hotel allowing an experienced, entrepreneurial family own, operate and grow an already established and successful hotel.
- Refinance of an existing SBA 504 loan (1st Mortgage) for a well-established and successful tour operator, benefiting them with a lower interest rate, better terms and providing them some cash-out which resulted from their value-added improvements made to the property since their original loan closed.
- Renovation of an existing 1,610 square foot commercial office building allowing a successful legal practice to expand their operations.
